1. About these terms
This website and its portal are run by AI Software Development Limited Liability Company (“AI Software Development”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice explains what the site collects and why.
2. What this site is, and is not
The site describes our services and lets you send us an inquiry. Nothing can be bought here: the site shows no prices and takes no payments. Any work we do for you will be set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement — not this page — will govern the work.
3. Inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. A person reads every inquiry and replies by email. Please do not put passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
4. EVA, the assistant
EVA is an AI assistant and an early version. Her answers are generated by AI models, can be wrong, and are not professional, legal or financial advice; she cannot take actions, make commitments or agree prices for us. Anything we agree to do for you is set out in writing by a person. Her voice is computer-generated. Voice and the microphone are off unless you turn them on; the privacy notice explains where that audio and text go. The optional “Flirty” personality is for adults who confirm they are 18 or older, and is non-explicit.
5. The portal
Portal accounts are by invitation. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself, and sign out on shared devices. We may suspend or remove an account that is misused, and we may change or withdraw portal features while the service is being built.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- send automated or bulk submissions through the inquiry form or the assistant;
- try to get into accounts, data or parts of the service you have not been given;
- probe, overload or interfere with the site or the services behind it;
- use the site to break the law or to harm anyone.
We limit how often requests can be made, and we may refuse requests that look automated or abusive.
7. Content and ownership
The text, design, artwork and code of this site belong to AI Software Development Limited Liability Company. What you send us stays yours; you let us use it to read and respond to your inquiry and to provide any service you ask for.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”, while it is still being built, and may be unavailable or change without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
The law and courts that govern these terms will be set during legal review.
